Shipping policy

We are a VERY small family business, and as such not only do we do all the production and decorating, but all the shipping as well. Please allow us time to get your order into the cycle and work it through. 

We endeavor to send all orders out within 2 weeks at the longest, but there are times of the year where that speed gets understandably backed up. 

Please ignore the 1-2 days it says at checkout to ship your order, we are not a big box store.
